Recipe - Jiffy Corn Casserole (way of gma)
1 can cream corn
1 can of kernal drained kernal corn
2 eggs
8oz jar of sour cream
1 small onion
1 box of jiffy corn bread mix
1/2 stick butter
Combined ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Then pour into greased casserole pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or til brown.
